We use SSL certificates to encrypt all web panel transactions, including credit card payments. We also have IPSec-encrypted traffic enabled to some of our upstream providers to ensure transactional privacy. This is provided via a separate dedicated Cisco IPSec router.
We have in place a variety of carriers so that we can offer our customers exactly what they are looking for. Our Premium routes comprise of the best routes we can find, giving CLI pass through along with fantastic statistics.
We offer a ticket system for customers to raise any problems they may be having with calls. We also provide customers with handover documentation when they initially start which explains how to use our system.
